Our Digital Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned "Jr. Project coordinator" professionals with hands-on experience.

The responsibilities are primarily technical, although there is a strong element of functional understanding of the business process.

Looking for a Project Coordinator, specifically with experience in IT governance and compliance, and/or Cybersecurity projects / program implementation.

Responsibilities:

Administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities (80%) to more complex plans (20%).
Liaise with stakeholders to constantly clarify requirements, scope and objectives.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks, monitor progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and stepbystep action plans
Organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
Strong clientfacing communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management
Technical curiosity and ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly (not in depth, but enough to understand and explain to less technical business stakeholders)
Proactive
Approachable and positive attitude

Functional Areas:

IT Governance and Compliance (e.g. experience implementing various areas of ITIL will be a good fit) AND/OR Experience supporting Cybersecurity initiatives (e.g.

managing end-of-life OS decommissioning projects, aligning systems to standard patching schedules, follow up with system owners on vulnerability management, etc.)

Requirement is for a Junior to mid-level Project Coordinator role.
