Position Overview:
As the Last Mile Product Manager (Rider Incentives & Loyalty), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance and satisfaction of our delivery partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design incentive structures, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives that motivate delivery boys and drive operational excellence in the last mile.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of delivery boy incentive programs aimed at maximizing performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and HR to design incentive structures that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors.
Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery boy loyalty and retention, including recognition programs, rewards, and career development initiatives.
Partner with technology teams to build and maintain systems and tools to track and manage delivery boy incentives, performance, and feedback.
Conduct research and stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to delivery boy management, incentives, and engagement.
Communicate effectively with delivery partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement in the last mile operations.
