- Analyze/estimate impact of changes to product and promotions
- Come up with actionable insights to improve product experience and marketing offers
- Convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.
- Understand underlying player behavior.
- Work with the Product team and Technology team to execute these projects and measure their success.
- 4-6 years of total experience
- 4 years of deep experience in analytics as an individual contributer
- Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Management from a premier institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/ISI/IIFT etc.)
- Very strong understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.
- Experience in a product driven company is desired.
- Exceptional logical and analytical skills
- Strong ability to parse through data and detect patterns.
- Strong ability to convert patterns in data to test hypotheses.
- Good written and oral communication skills
