Description

Looking for an Architect & Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, to work as an In-House Architect & Interior designer for an organization based out in Hyderabad, India.

Requirements and Skills:

Proficient with 3D Modelling Applications (Sketchup, Rhino 3D, 3DS Max)
Proficient with Rendering Applications (Lumion/Twinmotion/Enscape/V-Ray)
Proven working experience as an Architect and Interior Designer
Visual awareness and an eye for detail
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Responsibilities:

Control project from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design
Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact
Produce detailed working drawings
Compile project specifications
Keep within budgets and timelines
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards
Make site visits to check on project status and report on project
Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
Follow Architecture and Interior rends and advancements

The role would include taking responsibility of the organization's corporate projects interiors, façade, planning and hospitality projects from conceptualization to realization.

Salary:
₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
