Logistic Coordinator as below;

Job role :
Logistic Coordinator (2-6 Yrs), Surat (Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities;

Analyse innovative logistics solutions that address customer needs.
Coordinate logistics services' operational schedules.
Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Keeping track of the shipments, Order Transmission, coordination with warehouse/Carrier, Invoice approval.
Identifying Clients needs and issues/concerns and help them with a timely resolution.
Focus on resolution at first response.
Supply Chain management, Logistic, transportation, warehouse and last mile delivery assurance
Communicate with customers/stakeholders to ensure their issues are resolved.
Daily calls/meetings with Clients.
Ensuring to achieve the target without any quality impact.
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, Vendor, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
