    Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Recruitment - Reinsurance/ Risk- 4+ years- Gurgaon


    This an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist having 4+ years of relevant experience recruiting in the Reinsurance domain.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading recruitment efforts for the Reinsurance domain.
    • Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to identify top talent in the field.
    • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
    • Managing candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
    • Coordinating interview processes and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
    • Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and contributing to the development of hiring strategies to meet hiring goals efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors and Masters in any domain.
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Reinsurance and CAT Modelling hiring.
    • Demonstrated experience in Reinsurance hiring processes.
    • Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance industry practices.
    • Excellent communication skills.
