    Description
    1. Assist in developing the organization's strategic plan, including short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
    2. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities.
    3. Collaborate with senior management to align planning efforts with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
    4. Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence.
    5. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    6. Assist in developing business cases and investment proposals for new projects or initiatives.
    7. Work closely with department heads and functional leaders to develop operational plans that support the organization's strategic objectives.
    8. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of activities and resources with strategic priorities.
    9. Monitor progress against operational plans and provide regular updates to senior management on achievements, challenges, and areas needing attention.
    10. Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    11. Coordinate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish clear milestones and timelines.
    12. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
    13. Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks to track progress against strategic goals and objectives.
    14. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and insights.
    15. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, clients, and partners.
