    Deputy Manager - Legal

    Job purpose:
    ( Offline and Online business)


    • Contract drafting/reviewing/vetting and finalization.
    • Procurement of operational licenses/permits.
    • Handling legal issues with landlords, vendors, consumers, employees, etc.
    • Handling compliance, contract and litigation tools.
    • Legal Research and update.

    Education & Competencies:

    • Minimum qualification LL.B or CS.
    • Preferred prior experience in the retail, or real estate industry (consulting firm serving such industries).
    • Effective communication & presentation skill, and advanced in analytical thinking.
    • Customercentric, problemsolving aptitude, accountability of self and others, risk & compliance awareness, commercial consciousness, and manage changes & innovation.

    Functional Areas:


    Advance in Legal- Real Estate, Document Registration, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Sectors- Food & Drugs Authority- FSSAI, Drugs Controller, Legal Metrology, Consumer affairs, E-commerce, BIS, Fire Safety department/National Building Code, Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat, digital tools-compliance, contract, litigation, etc.
