    Description

    Location: Sec-32, Gurgaon

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Periodic management reporting and reviews including daily/weekly business reporting, monthly performance reviews, forecasting, reporting.
    • Periodic detailed analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow.
    • Responsible for Audit closure on Quarterly/yearly basis.
    • Regular review and monitoring of budgets vs actuals.
    • Drive Cost management areas.
    • Quarterly business result reporting.
    • Pricing, Financial Modeling and forecasting for various projects.
    • Annual Budgeting / Planning.
    • Assist in various automation initiatives including that for periodic business / financial MIS.

    Other Specifications:

    • Education Qualification - CA inter or MBA Finance
    • Past Experience Required- Minimum 3-6 years in similar role in a service industry. Experience in education industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates in retail industry handling similar profile may fit the role.
    • Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and other reporting tools.
    • Working knowledge of SAP in must.
    • Should have experience of working in a technology driven environment.

    Additional Skills Required:

    • Should be meticulous, have the ability to identify the finer point.
    • Ability to review & define processes.
    • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
    • Sense of urgency and ability to be proactive on issues and opportunities.
    • Flexibility & commitment: Comfortable to stretch at the time of closing & audit.
