    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Provide indepth technical expertise on SAP IS-U billing and invoicing, particularly Real-Time Pricing (RTP) billing functionalities.
    • Possess a strong understanding of the SAP FICA (Finance) module, including the master data model.
    • Demonstrate experience working within a regulated or deregulated market environment, specifically within the global utilities sector.
    Leverage your hands-on experience with SAP solutions to :

    • Support solution frameworks and solution process landscapes.
    • Define integration touchpoints between various modules.
    • Possess a deep understanding of FI-CA business transactions like Dunning, Payments, and Returns.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of the integration between FI-CA and FI-CO (Controlling) modules, along with other IS-U modules like device management and customer service.
    Actively participate in the entire project lifecycle, encompassing :

    • Identifying business requirements.
    • Managing requirements effectively.
    • Creating functional designs.
    • Developing prototypes.
    • Designing processes (including scenario design and flow mapping).
    • Executing thorough testing procedures.
    • Delivering training to endusers.
    • Defining support procedures for postimplementation phases.
    • Supporting successful project implementations.
    • While not mandatory, domain experience in the Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries within the UK market will be a significant advantage.

    Skills & Qualifications :

    • Proven experience as an SAP ISU Technical Consultant or a similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of SAP IS-U billing and invoicing, with a focus on RTP billing.
    • Working knowledge of the SAP FICA module and its master data model.
    • Experience working in a regulated/deregulated market environment, particularly within the global utilities sector.
    • Handson experience with SAP solutions for designing, implementing, and supporting solution frameworks, solution process landscapes, and integration touchpoints.
    • Strong understanding of FI-CA business transactions (Dunning, Payments, Returns, etc.).
    • Good grasp of the integration between FI-CA and FI-CO, along with other core IS-U modules.
    • Proven experience in identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to share and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Creative and proactive thinking with the ability to adapt to various situations.
    • Basic SAP ABAP skills and debugging knowledge are preferred.

    Additional Information (Advantageous but not Mandatory) :

    • SAP IS-Utilities certification.
    • SAP ISU CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience
