Role - Finance Executive

Location - WFO (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Working Days - 5 Days/week - (Hybrid Working)

Experience - 2+ years

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent.
Prior experience as a finance executive or in a similar role.
Experience using financial software
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations.
Sharp eye for identifying irregularities.
Excellent analytical abilities.
Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions.
Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc.
Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and related matters.
Monitor the economic and financial changes.
Assist in financial audits.
Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues.
To assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.
To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate, and complete.
