Customer service management (is to close all queries coming from online order).Answer customer service tickets through an online platform,
Update orders with ship / delivery dates provided by suppliers,
Attend customer quires, reviews and calls with client,
Maintain excels of products, purchase and sales etc.
Should have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Saturday
