At Scale, we're looking to add a Junior Designer to our Design & Creativity Team with strong creative skills and an eye for detail.

Share your portfolio with us and get to work with a young, energetic, high-vibe team creating brand stories and campaigns that are memorable and generate business value.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

Create compelling designs for social media, brand identity, print, OOH, and other channels

Be in the know-how of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.

Being a multi-tasker, a self-motivated and directed individual who can work independently or as an active team member is non-negotiable

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (OR) 1+ years of creative design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in motion design, illustrations, and UI/UX is a plus.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

Important Note:
One should take ownership of tasks and constantly work towards improving quality standards. Being an active part of the internal feedback process, and having a knack for self-learning is a must
