Designation - Sales Executive
We are looking for a person with the following ability's to handle the Tata Motors Gensets business for the OEM in Kerala:
- Pursuing leads and moving them through sales cycle Developing proposals for prospecting clients,
- Providing sales management information's/reports.
- Provide all supports required for the sales associate for the closure of deals,
- Ability to take up challenging targets and achieving them in the most effective & time bound manner,
- Ability to identify & understand our customer real requirements, so as to provide customers with optimal solutions,
- Meet & develop a relationship with the customers, to discuss their evolving needs,
- Develop and implement new sales initiates/strategies & programs, to capture key demographic,
- Setting goals and developing plans for business & revenue growth,
- Providing sales management information's/reports for the management.
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in direct sales
Preferred industry experience:
Generators or heavy equipment's sales
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Highend sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
- Malayalam (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
