Manage andLead: Lead a teamof Eazy DMS Support Specialists Team leaders and Mangers (160 FTEs)providing coaching mentoring and performance feedback aligned withindividual development plans. Foster acollaborative and resultsoriented team environment that prioritizesclient satisfaction and serviceexcellence.
Performanceand Efficiency:
Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiencyproductivity and quality of service exceeding established ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) for call handling ticket resolution andemail response times. Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) such as call/ticket volume first callresolution rates average handling time customer satisfaction scoresand revenue generated through supportservices. Analyze data and identify trendsto optimize staffing levels routing strategies and resourceallocation. Implement continuous improvementinitiatives and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) toensure consistent and efficient servicedelivery.
ClientSatisfaction:
Regularly track and analyze client satisfaction metrics proactivelyidentifying and addressing areas forimprovement. Implement client feedbackmechanisms and actively solicit feedback to understand client needsand expectations. Develop and implementclient satisfaction initiatives exceeding client expectations andfostering longterm clientrelationships.
OperationalExcellence:
Streamline support processes to increase firstcall resolution ratesand reduce ticket resolution times. Developand maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles FAQs andtraining materials for support specialists.
Partner with product development teams to ensure product featuresand documentation meet client needs.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate routine tasks andleverage technology to enhance supportefficiency.
AdditionalResponsibilities:
Stay uptodate on the latest Eazy DMS features and updates toprovide accurate and effective support. Workclosely with other departments such as Sales Marketing and ProductDevelopment to ensure a seamless clientexperience. Contribute to the overall growthand success of the Eazy DMS businessvertical.
Qualifications:
Minimumof 5 years of experience managing a Tech Process or similarcustomer service operation in a B2Benvironment.
Proven track record of successin improving team performance client satisfaction and operationalefficiency.
Strong understanding of contactcenter best practices metrics andSLAs.
Excellent communication interpersonaland leadership skills.
Ability to multitaskand work effectively in a fastpaced resultsorientedenvironment.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.
