PROJECT:

Actively work formodified bitumen plants expansion in all overIndiaTo optimize costs by eliminatinginefficiencies reducing energy intensity improving processreliability and delivering quality and bestservicesTo ensure a cordial and learningenvironment which promotes a culture of 24 7 Safety andinnovationTo actively engage in communitydevelopment near our plant site to make difference in people slives and build goodwillPlan and manage theconstruction of the new bitumen productionplantsManage the establishment andsupervision of plant production.

Bring theknow how and best practices on production processes and HSEQstandardsDefine all the productionformulationsManage the R&D on newproduct formulation liaise with the BTM department for productdevelopment strategy and newtechnologiesResponsible for owned &3rd party plants laboratories and manage the customerorientedquality systemProvide technical assistanceto customers and marketing teamRepresent andlobby on behalf of the company at technical meetings withassociations standardization groups customers road and localauthoritiesWork closely with Sales team forbusiness development and growth ofcompanyFormulation of Budget periodic reviewtracking monitoring of budget and implementation ofbudgetEnsure basic information on HSEQaspects concerning bituminous products including product safety andestablish HSEQ aspect within thecustomers.

To implement the HSSEQ objectivesset out for the department by achieving the KPIs implementingtransport PATROM complying with the audit findings and continuallyimproving safety guidelineassimilationAssessing skill gaps andimparting necessary training to close the gaps with specificemphasis on safetyLead build &nurture value selling/addition culture inteam100% implementation of JRM for selectedprimary transportation routes and refreshing with 3 year frequencyand assessing driving speeds based on JRM speedzonesImplementation of robust technicalsupport tools for monitoring driver behavior and incentivizingdriversImprove transport safety managementby identifying suitable technical solutions improved transport MISand utilization of transport KPI dashboard including implementationof ICT program attaining Level 2 in SMTAuditDevelop and maintain high standards ofsafety quality and efficient production in theplants.

Manage the transport activities ofBitumen Division in a safe & efficient manner fullyconsistent with the latest PATROMguidelinesOptimize the technical means(human beings equipment s documentations externalmeans).Integrate the Bitumen business linegeneral strategy on productdevelopment.

Requirements:EngineeringDegree with 10 years in Chemical / Petrochemical / PaintManufacturing industry with at least 2 years in similarcapacityProven experience with leading largeteamsGood Knowledge on Hazardous WasteManagement Emergency Preparedness and ResponsePlanGood Knowledge of Plant Equipment andMachinery ERP Systems andComputers.
Excellent manmanagementsupervision and presentationskills.
Versatility in communication /languages job skills and handson approach to the manufacturingprocesses
