    Roles&Responsibilities:

    Description:We are looking for a wellrounded skilled professional to join as aProduct and Operations Manager supporting partnership managementdata integration and product execution for current solutions andbuilding out the future of the product.

    TheProduct & Operational Manager will provide strategicleadership to managers and professional associates in their dailyactivities.

    They will work with SeniorProduct Leaders to align local daytoday operations to support andenable product and client deliveries with strategic productpriorities to drive the success of multiple teams within his/herdepartment/district.

    This role requires acomprehensive understanding of internal and industry standardsstrong business acumen and the ability to influence both internaland external stakeholders.

    In this role youwill also collaborate with internal and some external data andbusiness partners spanning product engineering and accountmanagement teams.

    In this capacity thesuccessful candidate will be able to demonstrate ability to leadmultiple initiatives have attention to important details have agood sense of prioritization and drive to bring projects to atimely and accurate delivery.

    Supervise thedaily activities of a team of approximately 34 managers to ensurepriorities align with business prioritiesComprehensive understanding of internal and industry standardsbusiness dynamics and strategic planning knowledge of the Digitaland TV marketing / media industry and ad operationspreferred.

    Manage multiple related teamssetting organizational priorities and allocating resourceseffectively Execute department businessplans ensuring alignment with broader strategic product prioritiesandorganizationalgoals Identify and resolve complexmultidimensional business problems that impact the performance ofyourdepartment/districtUse your experience and judgment to identify and support resolutionof daytoday issues and blockers Driveinitiatives that support longterm growth andsuccess Build and maintain strongrelationships to support the overall objectives of theorganization Develop and implement policiesthat enhance operational efficiency compliance andoveralleffectivenessEnsure adherence to industry standards and regulatoryrequirementsQualificationsBachelor s Degree in business administration marketing computerscience or engineering Supervisory or linemanagement experience Proven leadershipexperience with a track record of managing multiple teams andachievingbusinessresultsComprehensive understanding of internal and industry standardsbusiness dynamics and strategicplanningknowledge of the Digital and TV marketing / media industry and adoperations preferred.

    Experience in planningdeveloping and managing data products preferably in digitaladvertisingmarketing media ortechnology Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work with both technical and nontechnical teams internaland external Strong oral and writtencommunication skills including ability to work collaboratively withremote teams Must be able to articulatetechnical concepts in an easytounderstandmanner Ability to work independently andcollaborate effectively with a globalteam
