Sales Support Executive

Location - Andheri

Work Mode - Work From Office

Responsibilities:

a. Assist the sales team in the timely and accurate registration of claims from customers/ retailers
b. Respond promptly and professionally to customer/ retailer queries related to products, services, claims, and general information
c. Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information to resolve customer issues effectively
d. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
e. Utilize our CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and updates


Salary:
₹100, ₹200,000.00 per year


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
