    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the product lifecycle for features impacting A/E/R, including affiliate programs, growth strategies, and operational excellence, from concept to launch and beyond.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the North Star Metric (NSM) to measure postlaunch success and inform future iterations.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (design, development, marketing, senior product managers) to translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring clear communication of vision and goals to development teams.
    • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
    • Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless integration of new features and modules, addressing any operational challenges.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across customer success, engineering, marketing, and external partners.
    • Document product requirements using Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and User Stories.
    Qualifications :

    • MBA with a specialization in Analytics, Strategy, or Marketing (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) with additional product management coursework or experience.
    months of experience in a technical or product-related role within the tech industry.

    • Prior experience in a productbased company is a plus.
    • Proven analytical skills with a strong comfort level working with data, metrics, and KPIs.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Product Manager (JPM), Associate Product Manager (APM), Product Owner, or similar role in the SaaS, Fintech, or Ecommerce domain.
    • Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital product development lifecycles (PDLC).
    • Passion for customer satisfaction and a usercentric approach to product development.
    • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM tools (Airship, Clevertap) is a plus.
    • Ability to understand and collaborate effectively with design teams on UX/UI considerations.
