  • Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, BSEE, BSCE, BSEET, or BSCS.
  • Workday Certification in Recruitment (must be current).
  • 7+ years professional experience in business systems analysis/engineering, solution design and deployment experience.
  • 3 + years of advanced experience in Workday Integrations development.
  • Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners using Workday tools.
  • Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Workday Studio Development.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java.
  • Strong working knowledge of BIRT.
  • Workday integrations experience required with a good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic)
  • Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes.
  • Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support
  • Subject matter expert in the Software Development Lifecycle and operating systems for HCM
  • US and Global data privacy laws, GDPR and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
  • JIRA, ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience preferred.
