    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital strategies that integrate seamlessly with clients' overall communication objectives and drive measurable results.
    • Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to the digital team to ensure that all digital assets and content are aligned with brand standards and objectives.
    • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital initiatives, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
    • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business results.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate digital strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset with a creative flair and a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
    • Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced, client-facing environment is highly desirable.
