You will collaborate closely with leadersand employees across the organization to provide strategic HRguidance and support.     • Strategic HRPartnering: Partner with leadership to understand business goalsand develop HR strategies aligned with organizationalobjectives.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as atrusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated issuesincluding performance management conflict resolution and employeedevelopment.
    • Talent Acquisition: Collaboratewith hiring managers to identify talent needs develop jobdescriptions and lead the recruitment process to attract toptalent.
    • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage theonboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition intothe organization. Facilitate the offboarding process withsensitivity and professionalism.
    • PerformanceManagement: Implement performance management processes includinggoal setting performance reviews and developmentplanning.
    • Learning and Development: Identifytraining needs and develop learning initiatives to support employeegrowth and development.
    • Employee Engagement:Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive workenvironment promote employee engagement and enhance employeemorale.
    • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensurecompliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures asneeded.
    • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data andanalytics to drive insights and inform decisionmaking. Prepare HRreports and dashboards for managementreview.
    • Culture Champion: Act as a steward ofour company culture promoting our values and fostering a diverseand inclusive workplace.
