Executive Briefing Center (EBC) India Marketing Advisor will work with the India marketing and communications team and will be on point for managing client visits (in-person/virtual) within India.

This position will report to the Director, India EBC and Global CSR, Marketing and Communications.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in the hospitality industry furthermore, prior experience within an IT services environment will be a plus.

This position will be part of the team that manages client visits to India.

This role requires physical presence at an office during in-person client visits but also has flexibility to be remote for virtual/virtually managed visits.

This person will interface with our delivery teams in managing the requirements prior to a visit all the way thru the visit and furthermore, work on Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) surveys to keep gain feedback for future process improvements.


Responsibilities might include:


  • Manage endtoend client visits as allocated for the India region
  • Coordinate with team members from various functions such as facilities, delivery, sales, content marketers, hospitality vendors etc.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with hospitality vendors (hotels, airports, event agencies, etc.) and catering partners across India
  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of our existing and upcoming client executive briefing centers
  • Assist in new build of EBC facilities, which will include working with procurement teams, business and external architects thru the lifecycle of such a project
  • This role also needs someone who has a good understanding of business content and must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills/Criteria Required:


  • Minimum of 810 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience in customerfacing IT services and/or hotel/aviation/hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, hospitality, or similar field of study (Masters will be a plus)

Preferred skills and experience:


  • Guest services experience in hospitality management, IT services industry, events or aviation industry
  • Detail oriented person with strong project management skills who can drive process efficiency
  • Ability to visualize and ideate and creatively manage both inperson and virtual client visits with fresh ideas to drive better client experiences
  • Should be extremely proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in Martech and CRM systems (SFDC, Domo and others) for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Experience in budget management
