Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
  • Handle objections and address customer inquiries effectively to provide accurate information.
  • Follow a script and use sales techniques to persuade customers and secure appointments, meetings, or sales.
  • Maintain a clear and detailed record of each call and the outcome in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets and meet sales objectives.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated about product features and sales techniques.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain patient, composed, and persuasive in challenging situations.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or systems is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
