Responsibilities:


  • Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
  • Conduct interviews using a variety of methods video, inperson, walkin drives
  • Assisting HR department in relevant paperwork
  • Assisting in operational tasks of HR for smooth functioning

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or 6months experience as an HR Recruiter is
    Mandatory:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process and platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
