    Job Description: Azure Enterprise Architect

    Responsibilities:

    · As an Azure App/Enterprise Migration Cloud Architect, you will be the driving force behind the successful migration of applications from on-premises to Microsoft Azure

    · Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business requirements, and existing infrastructure.

    · Assess the existing environment and applications to determine migration feasibility.

    · Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and roadmap to move servers and applications to Azure, considering security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.

    · Design high-level Azure architecture solutions and provide technical leadership throughout the migration planning process.

    · Assess and analyze current infrastructure, application portfolio, and operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

    · Work closely with implementation teams and vendors to ensure the alignment of architecture designs with project execution.

    · Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

    · Design Azure resource provisioning, including virtual machines, databases, networking, and security configurations.

    · Implement infrastructure as code (IAC) principles for automation and scalability.

    · Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Cloud Engineering team.

    · Provide insights and recommendations on Azure services and solutions to meet business objectives and requirements.

    · Ensure that the proposed solutions adhere to industry best practices and align with the organization's overall IT strategy and vision.

    · Address any challenges or issues that arise during the planning phase promptly and effectively.

    · Collaborate closely with developers, infrastructure specialists, and operations teams to align migration efforts.

    · Ensure that architectural best practices and standards are followed throughout the migration.

    · Identify potential risks and challenges related to migration.

    · Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues that may arise during migration.

    · Ensure that the migrated applications and infrastructure adhere to Azure security and compliance standards.

    · Implement robust security controls and encryption mechanisms

    · Optimize Azure resources and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and high performance

    · Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address performance issues

    · Maintain detailed documentation of the migration architecture, strategies, and decisions

    · Share knowledge with the Cloud Engineering team and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth migration process

    · Foster effective communication between the Cloud Architecture and Cloud Engineering teams

    · Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and milestones

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's or master's degree , Information Technology, or a related field.

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture roles with a focus on cloud solutions.

    · Proven experience (5+ Years in Enterprise Architect role) in designing and planning large-scale application migrations to Azure.

    · Comprehensive knowledge of Azure services, products, and solutions.

    · Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, application architecture, and data center operations.

    · Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices, including HIPAA.

    · Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    · Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    · Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    · Azure certification Azure Solutions Architect is a must.

    · Expert level Azure certifications are a plus, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

    Skills:

    · Azure Cloud Services like Azure Migrate, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DBs, Networking, Azure Site Recovery, Azure DevOps etc.
