    JOB DESCRIPTION FORSENIOR GRAPHICDESIGNER

    JobTitle: Senior GraphicDesigner

    Summary/Objective:

    Weare seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join ourdynamic team at Avalon Solutions preferably with expertise infashion & luxury sector. The ideal candidate will be proficientin utilizing AI tools for creative designs and have a strong skillset for creating compelling visuals for social media and digitalplatforms.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    1.DesignCreation:
    • Createinnovative highend designs for various luxury products tailored forsocial media graphics and website elements good to have experiencein jewelry industry.
    • Collaborate with marketingand other teams to grasp project requirements andobjectives.
    • Incorporate cuttingedge designtechniques including AI tools to produce innovativevisuals.
    2. BrandConsistency:

    Create engagingcontent for social media platforms and digital marketingcampaigns.
    Ensure designs are optimized for differentplatforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
    Work closelywith the marketing team to contribute to the evolution of the brandidentity.

    3.SoftwareProficiency:

    Proficiency ingraphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop IllustratorInDesign and experience with AI design tools.
    Stayupdated on industry trends and design tools to enhance creativityand efficiency.
    Excellent skills in color theorytypography and layout design.

    4.FeedbackIncorporation:

    Receive andincorporate feedback from stakeholders into designiterations.
    Present design concepts and ideas to teammembers for review andapproval.

    5.ProjectManagement:

    Manage multipledesign projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Collaborate with other designers and crossfunctional teams toensure projectsuccess.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a relatedfield.

    Experience:

    3 to 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
    Experience in the ecommerce jewelry or luxury industry isideal.
    Good to have experience in marketing oradvertisingagency.

    Skills:

    Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
    Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
    Ability to workcollaboratively and independently.
    Attention to detailand the ability to workindependently.
