    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Fivetran or Snowflake to join our dynamic team.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure data technologies and extensive hands-on experience with Fivetran or Snowflake, enabling efficient and scalable data integration and management solutions.


    As a specialist in this domain, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures to support our organization's data-driven initiatives.

    Responsibilities :


    • Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and workflows using Fivetran or Snowflake on the Azure platform.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Configure and customize Fivetran connectors or Snowflake integrations to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Azure.
    • Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Fivetran or Snowflake.
    • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, leveraging Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
    • Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to provide them with access to curated datasets in Fivetran or Snowflake for analysis and reporting.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and management tasks related to Fivetran or Snowflake environments.
    • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud data engineering, Fivetran, Snowflake, and Azure technologies.
    • Document data pipelines, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in data warehousing


    • Proven experience as a data engineer, with specific expertise in implementing data solutions using Fivetran or Snowflake.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Storage.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation.
    • Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques for designing efficient data warehouses and data lakes.
    • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT principles and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or related areas are desirable.
