Role & Responsibilities


Driving aftermarket sales volumes of Radiator, Intercooler, Assembly cooling System, Core and spare parts, accessories for the assigned territory/ area based on the long term and short-term business plans and explore new avenues to boost growth of sales of spares.


  • Facilitating demand generation activities like campaigns, distributor/ dealer/ customer meets, attractive financial schemes, incentives, implement aftermarket sales strategies and warranty cost management plans, and improve network reach.
  • Participating in stock planning by maintaining concurrence between aftermarket sales team and channel partners in order to maintain optimum spare parts inventory, ensure that required parts are available at minimum cost, and achieve serviceability targets for the channel by involving all stakeholders.
  • Assimilating market intelligence about competitors and their respective strategies with regards to distribution network and aftermarket sales and marketing activities and provide insights to concerned teams to offer the best value proposition to end customers.
  • Generating business from STU's through Road Transport Corporation contracts.
  • Generating demand for company's spare parts through dealers; ensuring effective roll out of implementation plans for growth and expansion of the parts network.
  • Monitoring and limiting channel finance over dues to ensure timely availability of finances, map manpower levels, prepare marketing plans and display layouts at the dealer level, maintain focus on service stations.
  • Looked after settling receivable payments & compliance with system requirements.
New Business Development Plan

  • Played a major role in developing new business from respective Zone and add to the growth of the company.
  • Played a major role in undertaking sales activities related to sale of Non-Auto products.
  • Key Customers Handled: Fleet owners, Mines, Transporters, Road & building development bodies, etc.
  • Looked after developing new vendors, placing order with best possible option, settling vendors' payments.
  • Played a major role in cost reduction in procurement department.
