    Description

    Our Client is an Indian engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in auto components and systems, bicycles, metal formed products, and chains.     Role: Head of SW Factory (CI/CD Infrastructure)

    Your Mission

    • Substantially shaping, driving, and executing the product strategy for our CI/CD project infrastructure
    • Focusing on strong developer experience
    • Working with stakeholders and project managers to understand the business needs and breaking them down into User Stories with appropriate granularity
    • Articulating the product vision and user stories in a clear way to teams, stakeholders, and management
    • Owning and managing a product backlog catering for multiple feature teams, identifying dependencies, risks, and setting the right priorities
    • Working closely with high-performing development teams to plan product increments

    Your Profile

    Education:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in the Product Owner, Technical Lead or Project Management role, ideally with relevant certifications
    • At least 5 years of engineering experience in the field of CICD / DevOps (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Azure, AWS, Python)
    • Proven track record applying various product shaping techniques like user journey, design thinking, user story mapping and others to cater for different feature and roadmap constraints
    • Ability to work and solve challenges in an agile and customer-driven environment.
    • Advocate for your product vision and leading your team and colleagues towards a joint goal
    • Nice to have: Automotive background, Project Management experience, Open-Source Background, Experience with large-scale Agile frameworks, Experience with in-vehicle ECU systems
