    Description
    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Leadrecruitment efforts including job postings candidate screening andinterviewing.
    2. Manage employee onboarding andorientation processes ensuring smooth integration into theorganization.
    3. Facilitate performancemanagement activities such as goal setting evaluations and feedbacksessions.
    4. Address employee relations issuespromptly and effectively fostering a positive work environment.
    5. Coordinate employee training and developmentprograms to enhance skills andknowledge.
    6. Oversee and manage financecompliances and execute timelypayments.
    7. Collaborate with other departments toalign HR and finance initiatives and support organizational goals.
    8. Identify opportunities for process improvementand implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
    9. Provide leadership guidance and mentorship toHR and finance teams fostering a culture of excellence andcontinuous improvement.
    10. Preparation of KeyFinancial statement & its associated Reports.
    11. Preparation of Key Reports based on variousRatio Analysis.
    12. Coordination withVendors/Clientele/Banks and such other associates integral tomanage & execute daily affairs of financialregulations.
    13. Stay updated with relevant laws& regulations applicable to anenterprise.
    14. Manage Resourcesdatabase.
    Education/Experience:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management Business AdministrationFinance or a related field.
    • Experience withmanaging finance compliance regulations andstandards.
