Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Photographer to join our dynamic team.

As a Fashion Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and presenting our brand's aesthetic through compelling visual imagery.

You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute photo shoots that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and themes for photo shoots that align with the brand's image and objectives.

Preparation: Plan and organize all aspects of photo shoots, including scouting locations, selecting models, coordinating wardrobe and styling, and arranging lighting and equipment.

Execution: Direct and guide models during photo shoots to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions. Use your expertise in lighting, composition, and editing techniques to capture high-quality images that meet the brand's standards.

Post-production: Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality and appeal. Ensure that final images are delivered in a timely manner and meet the specifications outlined by the creative team.

Quality Control: Review photoshoot results to ensure that they meet the brand's standards for creativity, aesthetics, and technical excellence. Make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Research and Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in fashion photography. Continuously seek out new techniques, styles, and technologies to enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a fashion photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in digital photography techniques, equipment, and software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools. Experience with studio lighting setups and on-location shoots.

Creativity: A keen eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually stunning images that resonate with the target audience.

Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of creative professionals, including art directors, stylists, and models.

Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay:
