    Role: Project Manager (Agile and Scrum Master)

    Job Description:

    Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Additionally, experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), project estimation, P&L management, and RFP creation will be advantageous for this role.

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in implementing Scrum practices.
    • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to estimate project timelines, resources, and costs accurately.
    • Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a plus.
