    Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager Candidate Must have their Own Laptop

    Years of Experience : 3-5 Years

    Location : Hyderabad ( Work from Office Only)

    Budget -- 50k -60k

    Responsibilities:

    1. Fully understand the product and stay updated with the latest developments.
    2. Conduct preliminary research on inbound leads before product demos to provide personalized experiences.
    3. Deliver captivating product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, offering practical solutions.
    4. Manage a reseller network and cultivate strategic relationships with client management teams.
    5. Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to meet revenue targets.
    6. Identify emerging markets and shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
    7. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure client requirements are met within agreed upon cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
    8. Ensure full compliance with accounts receivables, taxation, and payables.

    Requirements:

    1. Mandatory 3-5 year prior experience in B2B SaaS sales.
    2. Previous inside sales experience required.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and reseller relationship building.
    4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities for effective lead, prospect, and sales operation management.
    6. Self-starter attitude with initiative to drive sales growth independently.
    7. Preferably familiar with CRM software and other sales tools.
    8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
