Roles & Responsibilities
- User Interaction & App Support
- Increasing User footfall on the tool.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
- Good Experience in B2B sector
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Basic Graduate in any specialization
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
