Roles & Responsibilities

  • User Interaction & App Support
  • Increasing User footfall on the tool.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
Requirements

  • Good Experience in B2B sector
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Basic Graduate in any specialization
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
