    Description

    We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months of internship experience in accounting, with a strong proficiency in Tally software. As a Junior Accountant, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice creation & processing, document Management, and expense tracking.
    • Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
    • Finalization and Tracking of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
    • Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
    • Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Strong proficiency in Tally software is required.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
