    Job Title: SalesManager Life Insurance (Banking Sector)

    CTC: INR LPA (Fixed CTC)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans toachieve targets for life insurance products within the bankingsector.
    • Lead and motivate an inside sales teamto exceed objectives.
    • Cultivate relationshipswith individual and corporate clients.
    • Provideregular performance reports and insights to seniormanagement.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing orrelated field.
    • Proven sales managementexperience in banking focusing on life insurance.
    • Strong leadership communication and analyticalskills.
    • Resultsdriven mindset with a trackrecord of meeting sales targets.
    • Knowledge oflife insurance products and market trends.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
