Responsibilities:

Design Support:

Creating visual assets for a wide range of projects, such as social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Conceptualization:
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts for design projects.

Image Editing:
Help in editing and retouching images to ensure they meet design requirements and maintain visual consistency.

Layout Design:
Assist in the layout design of brochures, posters, flyers, and other printed or digital materials.

Branding:
Help maintain consistency in visual elements across different platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.

Research:
Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices to provide insights for design improvement.

Software Proficiency:
Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools.

Feedback Incorporation:
Take constructive feedback from senior designers and implement changes to improve design quality.

Project Management:
Manage and organize design files and assets efficiently.

Collaborate:

Work closely with other team members, such as, marketing managers, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling designs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Creativity:
Demonstrated creative abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Should Know the interface of Shopify.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing design work and projects, highlighting skills in layout, typography, and visual composition is a plus.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and visually appealing designs.

Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with the team.

Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Adaptability:
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and make improvements based on constructive criticism.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
