    Description
    Responsibilities:1)Become well versed/expert with all the applications offered on theSaaS platform to understand all the use case scenariosthoroughly.2) Lead mentor and manage a teamof QA engineers providing guidance and required support in theirdaily tasks and professional growth.3)Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and testscripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our softwareapplications.4) Define the testing approachand frameworks to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities inthe application. This includes conducting security risk assessmentsdefining security testing techniques and creating test cases thatvalidate the security controls of thesoftware.5) Collaborate with stakeholders todefine security requirements and ensure security practices areintegrated into the SDLC.6) Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including developers product managers anddesigners to define and implement quality standards and testingprocesses.7) Drive continuous improvement ofQA processes tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.8) Perform manual andautomated testing of web applications APIs databases and AIcomponents.9) Perform analysis to identifythe root cause of defects found during the release validationprocess as well as designing and implementing automation frameworksfor UI API and Backend to ensure highquality product releases andeliminate regressions.10) Identifyprioritize and communicate qualityrelated issues risks andopportunities to the relevantstakeholders.11) Drive the adoption ofquality metrics that help measure test effectiveness efficiency andoverall quality of the product.12) Work withperformance engineers to design and execute performancebenchmarking.13) Active participation inrelease management activities ensuring smooth and errorfree productdeployments.14) Vendor Management Coordinatewith QA vendors to set up delivery expectations and tracksuccessful & timely delivery.


    Requirements:


    1)B.E./B.Tech/MCA from reputed institute with 46 years of relevant QAexperience in planning designing executing tests for anenterprisescale robust and highlyavailable SaaSplatform.2) Hands on experience in designimplementation and maintenance of highquality UI API and FunctionalTests for web applications.3) Experience intesting datarelated functionalities (relational and NoSQL DBs)using SQL and Python.4) Experience intesting reliable and scalable data pipelines and data integratedfrom multiple sources.5) Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to influenceand collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.6) Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to make datadrivendecisions.7) Prior experience in agiledevelopment methodologies and working with globally distributedteams.8) Working knowledge of CI/CDpipelines and Git or other version controlsoftware.9) Relevant QA certifications (e.g.

    ISTQB) and AWS experience are a plus.10)Experience with vendor management & tracking is aplus
