• The candidate should have 6+ years of experience
• Working experience in customer requirement analysis, design, solution, and consulting for BMC ITSM Helix platform
• Execute Installations, configurations, and migrations, within BMC ITSM scope
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering Teams to get the quick resolution of issues and or product defects.
• Execute environment health checks and apply the latest patches, and recommended baseline configurations.
• Exposure to Installation procedures/configuration for different products like BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, and Digital Workplace Catalog is preferable.
• Good troubleshooting skills with BMC Helix/ BMC Remedyrelated issues
• Working Knowledge of SRM, SLM, IM, PM, CM, CMDB & Remedy Architecture.
• Able to design & document the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product deployment and installation.
• Ability to work with timebound Deadlines.
• Able to constantly evaluate new Adhoc solutions to recommend the best endtoend solutions that can be implemented enterprisewide.
• Lead the design and implementation of new capabilities by partnering with the enterprise application and infrastructure teams
• Good knowledge of BMC Helix Administration/Support/Development concepts.
• Strong knowledge of both BMC Helix On-Premise and SaaS platform
• Develop design diagrams and corresponding documentation to set enterprise best practices for BMC Helix
• Manage relationships with application teams and prioritizes multiple projects as they go from design to production.
• Collaborate with teams across the company (i.e. network, security, operations) to build a complete application/integration structure
• ITIL v3 certification would be an added advantage
