Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Executive


Department:
Human Resources


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's short-term and long-term staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.


Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.


Employer Branding:

Promote the company's employer brand through various means, including social media, career fairs, and networking events, to attract top talent.


Data Analysis:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.


Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal requirements.


Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors.


Team Leadership:

If applicable, lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support in their roles.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar senior recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Salary:
₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
