    Job Title: Graphic Designer (2-3 years Events Industry experience required)

    Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi

    Type of Employment: Full-time

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a smart, hard-working individual who is passionate about design and has an exceptional sense of aesthetics. The ideal candidate should excel in ideation and conceptualization of briefs, be self-motivated, and have strong problem-solving skills. As a member of our team, you will handle multiple projects in pressure situations and demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design creative and graphic materials for events.
    • Conduct 2D conceptualization of ideas to align with client requirements.
    • Mastery of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
    • Create print-ready files and ensure designs meet production standards.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and effective visual outcomes.
    • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
    • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, preferably including work in the event industry.
    • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
    • Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, typography, design skills and team collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the event industry.
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential.
