    Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    Operation and Maintenance of Passenger Terminal Building Civil infrastructure and aesthetics by ensuring preventive & corrective actions. Ensure uptime of infrastructure facilities for uninterrupted operations of RGIA on 24X7 basis by optimized use of resources and expenses in safe and cost-effective manner.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Accountabilities

    Uptime of Terminal civil Infrastructure

    Value engineering and Innovative spare optimization Projects

    Monitoring Civil AMC team & QRT team

    EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

    Interaction with AMC contractors in the airport

    Interaction with external auditors for compliance

    Interaction with vendors and suppliers for material/ service

    INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

    Interaction with superiors on regular basis to update and seeking guidance

    Interaction with other departments like Airside operations, P&C, facilities, TOPS for timely completion of work

    Interactions with colleagues on regular basis to monitor about maintenance activities

    • Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech. in civil Engineering

    • – 12 years of experience in construction and maintenance of high-end Civil finishes buildings and Structural works,
