    Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Source leads based on target segment provided by team leaders and Risk Bible.
    • Conduct a minimum of 23 meetings daily with new clients, convincing them about OXYZO product offerings, sharing financial data, and involving them in OXYZO valuation process.
    • Gather relevant financial information from clients for OXYZO evaluation and underwriting procedures for a working capital limit.
    • Coordinate Personal Discussions between Risk team members and clients.
    • Obtain necessary financial data post Personal Discussions to address Risk team queries.
    • Comprehend evaluation and underwriting methodologies conveyed by team leaders and Risk team.
    • Lead commercial negotiations to secure client agreements in alignment with Risk team approvals.
    • Assist in executing loan agreements with post-sanction team support while ensuring client cooperation.
    • Ensure smooth disbursement by collecting required documents from clients with assistance from the Disbursement processing team.
    • Foster strong client relationships and ensure timely receipt of all OXYZO payments.

    Qualifications:
    • Strong academic background.
    • Prior experience with products such as LC, BG, LAP, CC, OD, etc.
    • Knowledge of B2B sales/SME sales considering market dynamics.
    • Understanding of consumer behavior principles.
    • Highly motivated and hardworking with leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eagerness to contribute to SMEs growth nationwide.
    • Ability to perform under pressure, hands-on approach, and a strong work ethic.
    • Willingness to travel and proficiency in Hindi, English, and local languages.
