Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at B2B Cabs. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. While this role is based in Mohali district, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of the transportation or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
