    • Weare looking for a skilled Key AccountManager to oversee the relationship s of the companywith its most important clients. You will be responsible forobtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehendingtheir requirements.The ideal candidate will be be apt in buildingstrong relationships with strategic customers.     • Responsibilities
    • Developtrust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensurethey do not turn to competition
    • Acquire athorough understanding of key customer needs andrequirements
    • Expand the relationships withexisting customers by continuously proposing solutions that meettheir objectives
    • Ensure the correct productsand services are delivered to customers in a timelymanner
    • Serve as the link of communicationbetween key customers and internal teams
    • Playan integral part in generating new sales that will turn intolonglasting relationships
    • Prepare regularreports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key accountmetrics
    • Requirements andskills
    • Proven experience as keyaccount manager
    • Experience in sales andproviding solutions based on customerneeds
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with aptitude in building relationships with professionalsof all organizational levels
    • Excellentorganizational skills
    • Ability in problemsolvingand negotiation
    • UG/PG in businessadministration sales or relevantfield
