Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Pay:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
