Summary:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients in a timely manner. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Identify the needs of patients, clarify information, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Ensure following the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
Be well-read on HIPAA, company policies, and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
Researching required information using available resources.
Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the EHR.
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Meet personal goals and work towards meeting team goals in qualitative and quantitative aspects.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Write and submit timely reports on performance and customer queries.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.
Other duties as assigned.
Open to working in US Time Zone.
Minimum 2 years of experience with US clients
Previous experience in a customer support role
Familiarity with EHR systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
A bachelor's degree
Customeroriented attitude with professionalism.
Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
Experience in US Voice Process
