Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients in a timely manner. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Identify the needs of patients, clarify information, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Ensure following the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Be well-read on HIPAA, company policies, and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the EHR.
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal goals and work towards meeting team goals in qualitative and quantitative aspects.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance and customer queries.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Open to working in US Time Zone.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with US clients
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Familiarity with EHR systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- A bachelor's degree
- Customeroriented attitude with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
- Experience in US Voice Process
Salary:
Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
