    Job Overview:

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
    • 1+ years experience handling HRMS tools and creating dashboards or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data management
    • Strong experience working with Employee Onboarding Softwares.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
    • Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
    • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Solution Oriented mindset.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Preparing Dashboards and reports for HR Operations team on monthly basis
    • Handling and maintaining the records of employees data
    • Updating the HRMS data on a regular basis.
    • Automating the process of updations and reports
    • Sharing the explaining the reports to the respective stakeholders.
    • Ensuring the seamless communications (instructions/updates) across teams with respect to data or changes in system.

    6 Days a week
