Be a key ops team member who ensures On-Time Delivery to our clients in the US:
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup.

We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

We're looking for an organized individual with attention to detail, who will be instrumental in ensuring that we find both cost-effective and relevant shipping solutions that enable us to deliver orders to our clients within timelines.

In working through logistics-related tickets, you will be extensively coordinating with cross-functional teams and also with outside vendors like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to name a few.

Responsibilities

Creating shipping labels for all our orders to be shipped to our customers
Labels and customs for international shipments
Checking on timelines with Campus Managers whenever required
Quoting for shipping
Interacting with our printers and fulfillment center to ensure ontime shipping
Calling UPS/USPS/FedEx to solve shipping issues
Ensuring order deadlines are not missed
Responding to queries from printers about shipping.

In addition to your day to day activities, you will also have the opportunity to:

Find and suggest less expensive shipping solutions for the company
Run analysis of shipping data to give us insight on how to improve our processes
Explore the unknown we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value

Essential Requirements

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel
